My name is Amy and I can’t wait to be your nutritionist!

Who am I? I’m a wife, mother, and a deeply passionate nutrition professional.  I am living proof that finding the right person to help you can change your life.  I had seen doctors and nutritionists, but all of them either wanted to blame me, shame me, or sell me something I couldn’t afford or didn’t need.  I went on a mission to heal myself.  Along the way I decided I needed to become a nutritionist to share my knowledge and help others like me.

-Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Wellness

-Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition

-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)

-Licensed Nutritionist (LN).

Because I’ve put in the work personally and professionally, I have found what really works so that no one I work with has to waste time, money, and energy on things that aren’t right for them.

I specialize in women’s health. My biggest specialty and passion is getting women out of diet culture and disordered eating habits. I teach balance. My motto is with any groceries or at any restaurant, I can teach you how to build or order a balanced meal. No more calorie counting, restricting, or depriving.  Life and meals will be satisfying again.
